Terms and Conditions: Trips operate rain or shine (Note: during thunderstorms lightning strikes the rim of the canyon and not at river level) .
No-shows receive no refunds under any and all circumstances, including those who arrive after scheduled departures. It is your responsibility to locate and arrive on time at the meeting spot. Please print the directions to the meeting spots that are found at "How to Find Us", on the Home Page.Those who miss their trip may reschedule by paying a late penalty.
Not responsible for personal property, even if (at your request) we put your property into a container while on the river, or property that is left on a New Wave Rafting Co.vehicle.
All participants must sign a "Waiver and Release of Liability" and wear our personal flotation device (life jacket) and helmet.
Reservations/Payments: Full payment is due at time of booking, with the exception of trips purchased two months prior to departure. Please call to make arrangements for payment under these circumstances.
Cancellations: Cancellations received no later than 5:00 PM, seven days prior to departure, will be refunded less a $12 service charge. Trips purchased less than seven days prior to departure are non-refundable, in all or in part.
The whitewater on these rivers is rated by difficulty on a scale of 1-6 where Class 2 is Easy, Class 3 is Moderate, Class 4 is Difficult and Class 5 is More Difficult. Please inquire as to the current conditions and difficulty rating of the trip you are considering.
