4 Hour Funyak Rentals With Shuttle

The rental trip goes from Taos Junction Bridge to Quartzite site, on our Monument Float section in the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument. Scheduled meeting times are 10 AM and 2 PM at the Quartzite River Access point. This is a very scenic 7-mile trip. Here, the river is enclosed by 700′ high basalt cliffs, with lush river banks. There are two, Class 2 (as easy as they get) rapids that provide a bit of a challenge.
$74 for a single and $106 for a double. Rentals are NOT available for use on the Racecourse, or other Rio Grande runs.

Note:

Funyakking is NOT for everyone, and requires some athletic ability. If you are over 250 lbs. or in poor physical condition you may find it impossible to sit comfortably in a funyak.

SUP (Standup Paddle Board) Rental

Stand Up Paddle boarding is a great way to get out and enjoy the outdoors. It’s popularity has exploded in the last few years. The appeal is that it’s relatively easy, available to a wide range of ages, and can be done just about anywhere. Our staff will advise you of our favorite SUP spots. Scheduled rental time is 9 AM to 5 PM. $106.00 for full day rental.
